SPACIOUS VOCATIONS

ABOUT US
The world of work and ministry is changing. The gig economy is now one of the fastest growing forms of employment worldwide. Canadian ministry is being shaped by the innovation multivocational leaders bring from their various contexts.

The Canadian Thriving in Multivocational Ministry Project was launched to create an accessible, affordable, inclusive, and sustainable community of practice to prepare and support multivocational leaders and their families as they build and lead thriving congregations.

The project brings together educators, mental health practitioners, church planting organizations, and leadership experts to better equip Christian ministry, enhance leader support systems, and expand research for our most treasured resource: people.
